Job Description

Chief Operating Officer Barnett Dermatology, P.A. Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Qualifications Performance management Medical scheduling Business management Med spa experience Retail sales Full Job Description About the opportunity Barnett Dermatology is a fast-growing dermatology and aesthetics group in Southeast Florida. We run a busy medical practice alongside a thriving med-spa and cosmetic arm (injectables, laser, skin, and retail), and we are building toward real multi-location expansion. We are also an unusually instrumented practice: our referrals, scheduling, conversion, retail, and revenue are already tracked in real time. What we need now is a leader who owns the results those systems reveal. The role Reporting directly to our Chairman, you will own both the day-to-day operation and the growth of the group. This is not a caretaker seat. It is a growth-operator seat. You will turn our data into accountability and results: driving aesthetic conversion, keeping the schedule full, growing retail and memberships, standardizing the patient experience across locations, and leading the team that delivers it. As we open new locations, you are the person who makes each one run to the same standard. What you will own
Growth:
aesthetic and cosmetic conversion, retail and product sales, memberships and rebooking, and referral follow-through. Turning interest into booked, repeat patients.
People:
lead, coach, and hold the team accountable across locations; hiring, training, and performance.
Operations:
scheduling, patient flow, vendor and inventory management, budgets, and P&L.
Standardization and expansion:
build the playbook so every location delivers the same experience, and stand up new locations as we grow.
Compliance:
keep us clean on healthcare regulations and standards. Who you are You have operated in the aesthetics, med-spa, cosmetic, or plastic-surgery world and you know how that business actually grows: conversion, patient experience, retail, memberships, reviews. You have run (or been second-in-command of) a multi-location practice or med-spa group, and you are comfortable owning P&L and a team. You lead with trust and accountability. You can walk into a location, read what is working and what is not, and move the numbers through people, not spreadsheets alone. You are data-comfortable. You will live in dashboards and turn them into action.
Bonus:
dermatology or broader medical-practice experience. A plus, not required. We care more about a proven aesthetics growth operator than a dermatology resume. To apply Email your resume to with a short note answering one question: in your first 30 days as our COO, what are the first two or three things you would measure, and why? That tells us more than a cover letter.
