5+ years of progressive leadership in veterinary hospital operations or multi-unit healthcare Demonstrated ownership of financial performance (P&L, labor, KPIs) Proven ability to lead through growth, change, and operational scaling Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams Bachelor's degree required; CVPM, MBA, or equivalent strongly preferred Leadership Competencies Operational Discipline- Creates structure, drives execution, and delivers results Financial Acumen
