We're seeking a leader with deep expertise in large commercial aircraft operations to drive operational excellence, safety, and efficiency. This role has future growth opportunity with our growing company—ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader passionate about aviation. Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations across production, engineering, technical services, logistics, and planning. Ensure compliance with FAA and other regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence in aircraft maintenance and modification to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals. Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and cost optimization while maintaining safety and quality standards. Mentor and develop department heads and team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years in large body commercial aircraft maintenance & repair, including 7+ years in management. Strong financial acumen and ability to forecast costs, manage budgets and achieve financial goals Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Pay & Benefits:
