This is a senior leadership position for someone who understands independent insurance agency operations, knows how to develop leaders, and has a proven ability to create accountability, improve performance, and execute organizational initiatives. What You'll Do Provide operational leadership across the agency Lead and develop department managers and team leads Establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance expectations Monitor performance and use data to identify opportunities and issues Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management Partner with our Systems Director on automation, technology, and workflow improvements Lead cross-department operational initiatives Develop solutions to operational challenges and drive implementation Help create a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For 5+ years of P&C insurance experience Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage 3+ years of proven leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and workflows Experience using KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to manage performance Demonstrated success improving processes and developing people Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to hold leaders accountable and successfully lead change Florida P&C experience is preferred. Compensation $80,000-$100,000 plus performance-based annual bonus.
