The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's future while participating in significant long-term value creation through equity ownership. Position Summary RNPL is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFO/COO) to join the executive leadership team. The primary near-term objective of this role is to lead and support capital-raising efforts, including investor outreach, financial modeling, due diligence preparation, and go-to-market readiness. As a key position to the CEO, the CFO/COO will also oversee all financial, operational, and organizational functions as the company scales and enters the market. Key Responsibilities Capital Raising & Investor Relations Lead fundraising strategy and execution for current $5m Seed and future Series A financing. Review and edit existing financial models, investor materials, forecasts, and data room documentation. Manage relationships with venture capital, family offices, strategic investors, capital markets and banking partners. Support investor meetings, negotiations, and due diligence processes. Establish board and investor reporting frameworks. Financial Leadership Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Develop and manage financial controls, reporting systems, and compliance processes. Monitor key business metrics, unit economics, and capital efficiency. Manage accounting, tax, treasury, and audit functions. Operations & Growth Oversee current operations partnership with Ubiquity along with implementing organizational infrastructure. Oversee vendor management and work closing with COO and CEO. Implement KPI dashboards and performance management systems. Ensure operational readiness for market expansion and national growth. Strategic Leadership Partner with the CEO on company strategy, growth initiatives, and execution. Assist in recruiting and building the leadership team. Evaluate strategic partnerships, expansion opportunities, and new revenue channels. Drive cross-functional alignment across technology, product, marketing, and partnerships. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in finance, finance operations, fintech, lending, or high-growth startups. Existing relationships with institutional capital providers and managing investor relationships. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. Experience scaling startups from early-stage growth through expansion. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. CPA, MBA, investment banking, fintech, or startup leadership experience is a plus. Pay:
