We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Division Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, team development, and customer relationships for our Pembroke Pines division. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing divisional success while ensuring operational excellence, employee engagement, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, operational management experience, and the ability to build lasting relationships with employees, municipal partners, and customers. Key Responsibilities Operational & Financial Leadership Oversee divisional operations, accounting functions, budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and financial planning activities Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency Develop annual budgets, goals, and performance objectives in collaboration with the Regional Vice President Analyze monthly operational and financial results while identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings Lead process improvement initiatives and implement operational controls and efficiencies Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support department managers and divisional staff Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused work environment Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development for exempt and non-exempt employees Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards Build strong working relationships across operations, maintenance, customer service, accounting, and support teams Customer & Community Relations Serve as the primary divisional leader for client support and escalated operational matters Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff, business partners, and community stakeholders Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for future growth within the market Represent the division professionally within the community and organization Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities Partner with the Regional Vice President on strategic planning and division performance initiatives Lead and oversee special projects and operational initiatives Participate in company-sponsored leadership and professional development programs Stay current with industry trends, operational technology, and best practices Why Join Us?
