Salary:

AVP of Accounting Operations:
- Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statement accuracy
- Lead audit coordination and manage external auditors and tax firm relationships
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements
- Manage cash activity, fixed assets, and general ledger integrity
- Oversee AP function and third-party accounting vendors
- Drive process improvements and implement BI reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
- 6–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Insurance industry experience required
- Advanced Excel and strong systems aptitude
- Experience managing audits, filings, and third-party vendors #
