BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Office Director to lead our Big Island Visits (BIV) office in Hilo, Hawai'i — a Medicare-certified practice providing adult skilled visits across Hawai'i County. What you'll do Lead day-to-day office operations — client service, employee experience, quality outcomes, and financial performance. Inspire, coach, and develop office staff and field clinicians in alignment with The BAYADA Way. Grow the office through strong relationships with referral sources and community partners. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality care. Own budgeting, business planning, census growth, and staffing strategy. Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement, and lead recruiting and retention. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in home health, healthcare operations, or a related service environment required. A track record of leading teams, building culture, and driving business results. Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. Financial and operational acumen, with experience managing performance to goals. A sense of urgency and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Home health / Medicare-certified experience and knowledge of clinical regulations strongly preferred. Comprehensive benefits:

Total compensation:
$110,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience (includes base salary and performance-based incentives).
