Full Job Description Chief Operating and Financial Officer:
A professional services firm seeks an accomplished Chief Operating and Financial Officer to join its leadership team and report directly to the Executive Committee. This senior executive will provide strategic oversight of the firm's finance and accounting, office administration and operations, information technology and cybersecurity, human resources, and talent acquisition functions while leading operational planning, process improvement and cross-functional initiatives that support growth and exceptional client service. Candidates shall have a bachelor's degree in business, 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, strong financial and operational management expertise, and a demonstrated record of working with ownership and senior leadership teams. Experience in a professional services environment and CPA or PMP credentials are preferred. Base compensation is $150,000 to $175,000, based on qualifications and experience.
