Job Description

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proven leader to take control of our Des Moines branch. Today, our COO oversees this location but will be transitioning into a broader role supporting multiple locations and businesses. This shift will also allow our owner to focus on acquisitions and expansion into new markets.
What You'll Own:
Full P&L responsibility Leadership of 140+ employees Revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency Customer experience and brand reputation Execution of company initiatives and scaling systems Protect and continue to build a 27-year-established brand
What You'll Do:
Live, breathe, and uphold the
R.U.L.E.S
to live by (Respect, Understanding, Loyalty, Expertise, and Service) Maintain a culture of ownership, performance, and accountability Drive excellence through performance management, KPI's, and accountability Own weekly/monthly/yearly financials - understand the levers that move the business forward
Where You'll Have Support:
To ensure you can stay focused on leading the business and driving results, the following functions are supported by dedicated teams: Day-to-day marketing execution and campaign management Customer service operations and dispatching HR and payroll administration Insurance and compliance
