This individual will be positioned to immediately contribute, innovate, and lead this growing organization into future. This position requires extensive prior accounting experience and involves: Dedication to improving and providing the financial reporting, infrastructure, business processes and financial discipline of the organization in addition to building and supporting accounting staff, future growth and any strategic direction for the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead the financial reporting, accounting, audit, compliance and tax planning responsibilities for multiple locations Willingness to lead dealership mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and high growth initiatives Maintain full financial responsibility and accountability for dealership contracts, technical accounting, contract negotiation, risk management, insurance, investor relations and moderate HR oversight Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance throughout all locations Knowledge of GAAP and how it relates to the automotive infrastructure Requirements include but are not limited to:
BA / MBA
in Accounting, Finance or related field At least 5+ years of accounting experience CPA Preferred Prior experience utilizing automotive accounting interfaces Willingness to learn the Dealership Culture and adapt to corporate processes
