This position is responsible for directly leading, overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Louisville location. This is not an entry-level leadership role. What You'll Do - Provide day-to-day leadership for all Louisville operations. Develop and execute strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability. Lead, coach, and mentor department managers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments. Required Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or higher executive leadership position within a HVAC / Plumbing company. Demonstrated success leading multi-department service organizations. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance. Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Experience implementing processes, systems, and operational improvements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to effectively balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership. Preferred - Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software. Strong understanding of residential and commercial service operations. Experience overseeing sales, customer service, dispatch, field operations, and administrative teams. History of driving company growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
