Job Description
We are looking for an administrator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a background in the financial management of a healthcare facility. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing daily operations of the company and developing and implementing policies and procedures. Benefits Responsibilities Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the agency including professional and non-professional services Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance Review and approve all policies and procedures related to safe and adequate patient care and operation of the Home Care agency at least every two years Lead and manage budget and accounting systems Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities Assistant coordinate agency programs with other community agencies and strategic partnerships Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations Qualifications 3+ years management experience 2+ years experience running an agency 1 year experience working with adults and or seniors Deep understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve Good interpersonal and analytical skills We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
