Open Health Care Clinic, a financially stable non-profit mission-centric community-based organization with multiple locations and lines of business, 200+ employees and $100 million annual revenue, seeks a full-time on-site seasoned professional to provide executive-level oversight of all clinic operations. The COO ensures operations are aligned with the organization's mission, regulatory requirements, and strategic priorities. This role is responsible for operational strategy, service line development, performance improvement, workplace culture, and overall operational compliance. Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration or related field required. Experience in FQHC Operations preferred.
