RVP of Operations About Us Launched in 2025, we are a technology infused healthcare services business launched out of a well-known healthcare incubator. The incubator has launched startups creating $10B+ in equity value with many new co's coming to market. In this startup, we are partnering with health systems to accelerate access to certain innovative care solutions that save lives. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth platform that is already profitable. The company already has meaningful commercial traction, including executed partnerships with 5 of the top 20 U.S. academic medical centers and dozens of additional health systems in the pipeline. The Role The Regional Vice President of Operations will serve as the operational and strategic leader for key health system partnerships in the New England region. This person will be responsible for helping health systems successfully operationalize our service offering-translating strategy into execution, building trusted relationships with hospital leadership and clinicians, and ensuring programs deliver strong clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. This is a highly visible, field-based leadership role at the center of partnership success. The RVP will manage the regional P&L, identify and execute strategic growth opportunities, lead implementation across health system sites, and help shape the operating playbook that will define how we scale nationally. The ideal candidate brings a mix of healthcare services operating experience, strong financial and analytical capability, executive presence, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is an opportunity for someone who can both lead complex client partnerships and build the systems, processes, and feedback loops needed to scale a new platform. What You'll Own Partnership Leadership & Execution Serve as the primary operational leader for key health system partnerships across the New England region Build credibility and trusted relationships with hospital executives, clinical leaders, operational teams, and other key stakeholders Lead the day-to-day operationalization of our service offering within partner health systems Act as the connective tissue between leadership, health system partners, clinicians, and internal delivery teams Ensure each partnership is delivering against agreed-upon clinical, operational, financial, and patient access objectives Operating Model & Playbook Development Build and refine the operating model for successful execution across partner sites Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, workflows, KPIs, and management routines that can scale across regions Identify what is working, what needs to change, and where additional process, technology, or delivery improvements are required Create a structured feedback loop from the field to inform product, service delivery, and technology roadmap decisions Partner with leadership to continuously improve the model as the company scales P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth Own regional financial performance, including revenue growth, margin, profitability, and overall P&L management Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities within existing health system partnerships Develop business cases, financial models, and implementation plans for new initiatives, service expansion, and site growth Partner with commercial and executive leadership to expand relationships, deepen partner value, and unlock new opportunities Use data and financial insight to drive decision-making across operations, growth, and delivery Implementation & Operational Leadership Lead implementation of new sites, programs, and service lines across health system partners Coordinate cross-functional execution across clinical, operational, financial, technology, and administrative stakeholders Establish and monitor operational outcomes, KPIs, and performance dashboards Proactively identify barriers to execution and drive practical, high-urgency solutions Recruit, build, and manage site operations teams as the region scales Foster a high-performance, mission-driven team culture focused on execution, partnership, and best-in-class patient care What You'll Bring BA/BS degree required 10+ years of professional experience, ideally coming from management consulting + in house experience at a fast growing healthcare or tech company Prior experience in investment banking, consulting, financial services, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment required Healthcare services operations leadership experience required Prior P&L ownership strongly preferred Experience managing complex client, account, or partnership relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders Ability to lead executive-level and operational stakeholder meetings with confidence and credibility Strong financial and analytical capability, including the ability to build C-suite-ready materials and rigorous financial models Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Strong people leader and culture builder with the ability to recruit, motivate, and manage high-performing teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Entrepreneurial problem solver with the judgment to move between strategy and hands-on execution Travel locally 3 days/week willingness
