Full Job Description Vice President of Construction Operations Location:

Full-Time A leading commercial general contractor is seeking a Vice President of Construction Operations to provide senior operational leadership across a growing portfolio of construction projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee project execution, field operations, and project management teams across multiple projects. Partner with business leadership on financial performance, workload forecasting, growth strategy, and operational planning. Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, safety, quality, risk, and client satisfaction. Lead and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, and other operational staff. Drive process improvements, technology adoption, risk mitigation, and operational consistency. Resolve escalated project, owner, and trade-partner issues. Build strong relationships with clients, design professionals, and trade partners. Champion safety, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in senior project management or operations leadership. Proven success leading multiple projects and developing high-performing teams. Strong financial, operational, client relationship, and strategic leadership skills. Demonstrated record of successful project delivery, profitability, schedule performance, quality, and safety. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
