Documented track record of leading insurance sales teams or managing agency operations.
Deep understanding of risk assessment and commercial underwriting principles.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems and digital marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Active involvement in the Frederick business community.
ResponsibilitiesSet the strategic vision for our agency while fostering a culture that encourages individual growth.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that every client interaction is met with care and precision.
Coach and mentor our sales staff to help them refine their approach and hit their professional goals.
Develop and new sales initiatives to expand our footprint throughout the Frederick area.
Maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners to ensure we always offer the best coverage options.
Analyze agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and long-term sustainability.
Salary Range:
