$164000 - $240000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. Responsibilities Hire, lead and manage the North American Digitization Operations team. Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team. Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors. Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives. Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations. Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
