Track record of operational excellence, and an ability to drive operational improvements. Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, while building stakeholder relationships. Ability to motivate both direct reports and cross-functional partners towards a common goal through organizational, communication and relationship management skills. Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to meet with team and internal/external partners as needed. $164000 - $240000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. Responsibilities Hire, lead and manage the North American Digitization Operations team. Provide coaching and career development for individuals on the team. Set the goals and direction for the team by outlining goals and objectives for multiple operations staffed via third-party temps/vendors. Drive results by tracking key operational metrics, identifying process improvement opportunities and delivering on strategic initiatives. Work with cross-functional partners to develop and scale operations. Collaborate with leadership in key project governance tasks, including: requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
