Job Description

Job Summary:
Oversees a portion of the day-to-day overall operations of the company's facility cleaning operations of Venues and other properties as assigned. Lead subordinate managers and supervisors and leads in the administration of policies, procedures and programs that assure well managed, and maintained client properties placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, and on maintaining the value of the property being managed, in coordination and conjunction with the Client's goals and objectives
Essential Job Duties:
Lead, Manage and direct the operations of all assigned cleaning staff. This includes bothregular cleaning operations and specialty operations. Provide oversight of facilities and cleaning staff to ensure continuous service to client. Responsible for ensuring the supervision and operational management of all aspectsrelated to assigned projects to assure cleaning to approved quality standards. Responsible for the supervision of all assigned cleaning programs relating to thecompany's initiatives and services. Responsible for ensuring a positive prompt response to requests from building managersand tenants and for the implementation of ongoing contract programs to constantly assesstenant needs and to assure problems are being solved promptly, and to the mutual benefitof the assigned properties. Work with Sales team as required to estimate, bid and present service plans to potential clients. Manage the collection and reporting of data addressing operations, including time collection and inspection software. Oversee and direct assigned staff for performance reviews, new hires and terminations. Maintain communication with assigned clients regarding service issues and resolution, which will include monthly "same page" meetings. Other Job Functions Promote and lead the company's obsession with client satisfaction and the use of Cleantelligent software. Stay abreast of industry specific changes and help lead the Company to the most innovative and cutting-edge cleaning techniques. Promote and exhibit all TPG Pro-Am's.
Skills, Education And Experience:
Minimum 5 years cleaning and supervisory experience Minimum 5 years facilities supervisory / management experience, preferably in Sports Venues. Excellent Organizational, Customer Service and Management skills Demonstrated experience in both union and non-union environments is preferred but not required. Ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of TPG. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
