Job Description

We are looking for an experienced President to lead strategic growth and strengthen client partnerships. This role will guide business performance, shape market-facing initiatives, and align commercial efforts with long-term organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings executive leadership experience, strong business development capabilities, and the ability to translate analysis into effective action across teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Set the overall business direction and drive execution of growth strategies that support revenue and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while identifying new opportunities to strengthen the organization's presence in key industries.
  • Oversee sales performance by monitoring pipeline activity, evaluating results, and guiding teams toward measurable objectives.
  • Lead reporting efforts that turn business data into clear insights for decision-making, forecasting, and operational planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to coordinate sales and operations planning and improve alignment between commercial goals and delivery capabilities.
  • Support innovation and long-term competitiveness by collaborating with teams involved in research and development initiatives.
  • Represent the organization in high-level public and client-facing settings, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong reputation.
  • Review account performance regularly and direct action plans that improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
