Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Find your purpose as an Administrative Fellow with CentraCare! This is a one year opportunity designed to create various leadership development opportunities through project work and interim leadership roles. This role will be housed at St. Cloud Hospital, supported by a co-preceptor model - Sr. Operations Leader & Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, SVP . Project selection will be a collaborative approach between the co-preceptors and Administrative Fellow. This role will also have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the system and attend executive level leadership meetings.
Schedule:
Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Mon-Fri 8:00a-5:00p Temporary position from June/July 2027 to June/July 2028
Pay and Benefits:
Salaried rate of $76,502.40/year Full time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. (Must have obtained Master's degree by 2027 start date)
Core Functions:
Shadow and mentorship opportunities with C-Level leaders and governance functions, roles, meetings, etc. Participate in projects related to strategic planning/deployment, various hospital and clinical operational projects. Lead and participate in project management. May provide direct service line leadership responsibilities on an interim basis. May gain exposure to rural health administration.
