Job Description
TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our TopLine team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. As a member of the Senior Management Team, leads the areas of Consumer Lending, First Mortgages, Collections, and Business Lending with an emphasis on staff development and the external and internal service standards of the Red Book and Gray Book that represents TopLine's driving values. Participates in the annual management Strategic and Business Plan processes. Chairs the Loan Review Committee, and attends other key Committee meetings. Responsibilities Provides the primary thought leadership for lending operations in the formation and implementation of TopLine's strategic and business plans. Maintains a thorough understanding of what it means to satisfy borrowers' needs by continuously studying members, markets and competition through research, networking, trade publications, seminars, etc. Develops and maintains the lending products and pricing of those products to keep pace with member needs. Establishes and maintains high loan portfolio quality standards while maintaining a high loan to share ratio and actively contributes to sound asset/liability management. Responsible for all compliance, methods and procedures, and systems issues related to lending. Maintains a complete understanding of all regulations related to lending and ensures TopLine is in compliance with those regulations.
