This role is offering $75,000 to $90,000 DOE with incentive pay, and fantastic benefits including generous PTO, medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with matching, and much more! We cannot wait to talk to you about this incredible opportunity! We are hiring for an Executive Director to join our incresdible community Wateford! Located in a beautiful pastoral setting in the southwest corner of Brooklyn Park, The Waterford, as Transforming Age community, is a thriving Independent Living community with wonderful residents, incredible team members and a fantastic Culture of Excellence that enables us to Transform the Perception of Age!
Our Executive Director:
Supervises and guides department heads and team members, maintaining dedication and commitment to Transforming Age's Mission and Values. Holds weekly meetings & standups with teams to communicate changes, stay up to date on departmental activities, and ensures consistent and timely orientation and training is delivered to team members. Directs the management team in goal setting, individual development, and strategic initiatives to ensure the success of community objectives and goals. Works closely with residents, family, and responsible parties to ensure consistent communication, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution. Prepare the annual operating budget, considering variances and managing programs and strategies to ensure budgets are met. Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team on campaigns, tours, open houses to maintain Operates in accordance with Transforming Age's policies and procedures, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety and security of residents and team members. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and laws and regulations, including DSHS, OSHA and Safety guidelines. Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility (IL/AL/MC/CCRC) Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living experience preferred, but not required. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community. Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test.
Physical Requirements:
