Job Description

Heart of Grace Home Care is seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations and service areas. This position is responsible for strengthening branch performance, growing client census, supporting geographic expansion, developing leaders, improving operational systems, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple locations, develop high-performing teams, build community and referral relationships, and identify opportunities for continued organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight for assigned branches and service areas. Drive client census growth by strengthening referral relationships, community partnerships, marketing efforts, and service delivery. Identify opportunities for new market expansion and support the development of additional service areas and locations. Develop strategies to improve client retention and strengthen overall client satisfaction. Monitor branch performance, staffing levels, referrals, admissions, discharges, and operational trends. Establish measurable performance goals and hold branch leadership accountable for results. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for Branch Managers, Directors, Supervisors, and other leadership staff. Develop strong leadership teams capable of independently managing daily operations. Identify leadership gaps and implement training or corrective action when needed. Promote employee engagement, retention, professionalism, and accountability. Oversee operational processes and identify opportunities for operational enhancement, efficiency, and workflow improvement. Evaluate scheduling, staffing, documentation, client communication, and office processes to improve overall performance. Ensure locations remain properly staffed and capable of meeting client service needs. Support recruiting efforts and workforce planning across assigned regions. Monitor compliance with company policies, Medicaid waiver requirements, EVV standards, documentation requirements, and other applicable regulations. Work closely with compliance leadership to identify risks, correct deficiencies, and maintain audit readiness. Ensure required visits, records, personnel documentation, and client files are completed accurately and on time. Assist with audits, reviews, investigations, and corrective action plans. Monitor client complaints, employee concerns, service interruptions, and other operational issues. Ensure concerns are addressed promptly and followed through to resolution. Build and maintain relationships with case managers, referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other strategic partners. Represent Heart of Grace Home Care professionally within the communities we serve. Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership regarding branch performance, growth, staffing, compliance, and operational needs. Growth and Expansion Focus The Regional Executive Director will play a major role in expanding Heart of Grace Home Care's presence and strengthening existing locations.
Responsibilities will include:
Increasing client census across assigned territories Developing and maintaining referral pipelines Identifying underserved markets and expansion opportunities Supporting new branch development Strengthening community visibility Increasing market presence Improving client retention Supporting recruiting efforts as client volume grows Professional Development and Leadership This position is responsible for developing strong leaders throughout the organization.
The Regional Executive Director will:
Mentor and coach branch leadership Conduct routine performance reviews and leadership meetings Establish clear expectations and accountability Identify training needs Support internal promotions and leadership development Help build succession plans for key management positions Create a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement Compliance and Quality Improvement The Regional Executive Director must ensure assigned locations maintain high standards of compliance and quality.
This includes:
Monitoring documentation accuracy Reviewing EVV compliance Ensuring required supervisory visits are completed Maintaining audit readiness Addressing identified compliance concerns Supporting corrective action plans Monitoring quality of care and client satisfaction Ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed Operational Enhancement The Regional Executive Director will continuously evaluate operations to identify ways to improve efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.

Scheduling systems Staffing processes Client intake and onboarding Employee communication Leadership accountability Documentation processes Referral follow-up Recruiting processes Client retention strategies Office workflow and productivity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Human Services, Management, or related field preferred Significant leadership or management experience required Regional or multi-location management experience strongly preferred Home care, healthcare, Medicaid waiver, or human services experience strongly preferred Experience managing growth, operations, teams, or multiple service locations Strong leadership and people-development skills Strong business and operational judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations Ability to analyze performance and develop improvement strategies Strong follow-through and accountability Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism Travel Requirements This position requires frequent travel throughout assigned regions and between company locations.
Candidates must have:

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
