Oversee adoption and effective use of CRM, estimating, and project management software across all teams. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to roofing operations. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a senior operations or multi-unit management role. Experience in the roofing, construction, home services, or related industry strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of leading and scaling sales teams and/or multi-location operations. Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, reading P&L statements, and controlling costs.
