National Vice President of Clinical Operations Location:

Ascend Hospice is seeking a strong, strategic clinical leader to join our team as Vice President of Clinical Operations. This role plays a critical part in driving high-quality patient care, supporting clinical teams, and leading the continued growth of our hospice services. What You'll Do Lead and oversee clinical operations across hospice services Manage and support Regional Clinical Directors and care teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards Drive quality initiatives and performance improvement programs Partner with executive leadership on strategy, growth, and operations Collaborate with Medical Directors and interdisciplinary teams Develop and implement clinical policies and best practices Support financial performance and program development What You Bring Active RN license Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred 5+ years of nursing experience with leadership background Hospice or home health experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills Ability to lead teams and drive results What We Offer Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Growth and leadership opportunities Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care NJ - is part of the Ascend family of Healthcare Companies.
