DIR OF PATIENT ACCOUNTS

Demonstrates commitment to the vision, core purpose/mission and goals of Brunswick Hospital, modeling the values and culture. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

defining strategic goals, developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, identifying business opportunities, maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions to enhance census, revenue, market share and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements marketing plans that support Brunswick Hospital's mission, strategic initiatives and financial goals.

E ducation required:

Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Social of Behavioral Arts/Science, Marketing or Business required: Master Degrees preferred Experience and/or skills required: A minimum of 5-10 years experience in a psychiatric hospital setting and 3-5 years in marketing, patient satisfaction, and business development. Strategy and management experience required. Expertise in mental health and/or addictions preferred Job Hazards/Physical Demands All employees must be physically fit to work within their job capacity. In order to safely complete their job descriptions. Lifting, carrying and/or pushing 50 lbs. or more, bending, reaching, and stretching, and long periods of standing and sitting.
