WFH Salary:
$170,000/yr to start + annual increases + bonus + benefits
Type:
Direct Hire This executive will join as a senior leader (GM / Director of Operations / VP?level) and gradually transition into the top U.S. leadership role. The position blends strategic operations, P&L oversight, business development, and organizational leadership. The incoming leader will work closely with the Senior VP for the first few years, then shadow the President for 6-12 months before full transition. Key Responsibilities Lead U.S. operations across logistics, supply chain, and customer service functions Drive corporate strategy and long?term business planning Expand external business beyond group?related clients Strengthen relationships with global headquarters and major partners Oversee P&L, financial stability, and operational performance Develop talent and build next?generation leadership Lead transformation initiatives including digital modernization and efficiency improvements Requirements Senior?
level leadership:
GM, Director of Operations, VP, VP of Operations, or similar Logistics, supply chain, freight, or distribution industry experience is a MUST Proven P&L ownership and strategic decision?making Bilingual (Japanese) a plus, not required Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $170,000.00 - $170,000.00
