We are seeking a proactive, execution-oriented individual for this hands-on, high-visibility role. This individual will have responsibility for working in close partnership across Markets and Operations. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted extension of business-aligned leadership, helping to identify, structure, and drive resolution of ad hoc challenges, while also playing a central role in strengthening and professionalizing organizational communications across the Markets Operations franchise. Key Responsibilities Business aligned support Partner closely with business-aligned Operations leaders across product, process, cluster, and cross-operations teams to drive execution of strategic priorities and initiatives. Act as a central point of coordination for ad hoc, cross-cutting challenges that require rapid problem-structuring, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through to resolution. Translate strategic direction from senior leadership into concrete workplans, milestones, and accountability structures. Track progress against key initiatives, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps to leadership. Prepare materials, briefing documents, and analyses to support decision-making by senior Operations leadership. Support governance routines (steering committees, business reviews, town halls) tied to strategic priorities. Cross-Functional Partnership Build strong working relationships with Chief of Staff, Expense & Resource Management, and Ops In-Business Risk teams to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of effort. Serve as a liaison between Strategic Initiatives leadership and business-aligned Operations leaders, ensuring consistent two-way flow of information. Represent Strategic Initiatives priorities in relevant forums, working groups, and project teams. Communications Own and improve the cadence, quality, and consistency of communications across the Markets Operations organization, including leadership messaging, all-hands content, and initiative updates. Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready communications (presentations, memos, talking points) that translate complex initiatives into digestible narratives for varied audiences. Establish repeatable communication frameworks/templates to improve consistency across the CAO organization. Partner with Chief of Staff / Communications resources to ensure messaging is aligned and well-sequenced. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of the Strategic Initiatives function. Contribute to the broader build-out of Strategic Initiatives capabilities as the function matures across London and Tampa. Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation. Proven track record leading controls, regulatory implementation, or strategic operating model initiatives at scale.
