is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Operations to help build the next generation of one of the nation's most unique advanced technology and nuclear materials companies. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will provide operational leadership across manufacturing, engineering support, facilities, quality systems, supply chain, and organizational development while helping transition innovative technologies from research and development into scalable commercial production. The Vice President of Operations will play a central role in expanding manufacturing capabilities, developing operational leadership, integrating future acquisitions, supporting commercialization of multiple advanced technology platforms, and building the operational infrastructure necessary for long-term enterprise growth. This position is intended to evolve into one of the Company's most senior operational leadership roles and offers an exceptional opportunity to help shape the future of an organization positioned at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, semiconductor technology, radioisotopes, and next-generation energy systems. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership across manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, facilities, maintenance, and operational support functions. Provide executive oversight of Health Physics and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring radiological safety, licensing strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management are effectively integrated into manufacturing, R D, facility expansion, and business growth. Provide executive leadership across Engineering, Research and Development, Quality, Health Physics, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other operational functions to drive successful product commercialization, regulatory compliance, operational execution, and business growth. Develop operational systems capable of supporting rapid organizational growth, new manufacturing capabilities, and multiple advanced technology product platforms. Lead the transition of research and development programs into repeatable, scalable manufacturing processes. Partner closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans. Drive organizational scalability through disciplined operational systems, accountability, and leadership development. Develop long-range operational capacity planning supporting future products, facilities, and business expansion. Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Establish operational metrics, executive dashboards, and performance measurement systems to support data-driven decision making. Build and mentor high-performing operational leadership teams capable of sustaining long-term organizational growth. Support integration planning and operational execution associated with future acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, environmental, customer, and safety requirements within highly regulated manufacturing environments. Strengthen enterprise risk management, operational controls, business processes, and organizational discipline. Participate in strategic customer engagements, investor due diligence activities, regulatory reviews, and executive planning initiatives as required. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess at least ten (10) years of progressive operational leadership experience within complex manufacturing or technology-driven organizations, with a demonstrated record of leading organizational growth, manufacturing scale-up, and operational transformation. Candidates should have experience building organizational structure, developing operational leadership, and fostering accountability within entrepreneurial or rapidly growing businesses. Strong executive leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional organizations while balancing strategic vision with disciplined operational execution. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred. Advanced degrees or executive leadership training are considered beneficial; however, equivalent executive operational leadership experience within complex manufacturing or technology-driven organizations will also be strongly considered. Preferred Experience Experience within aerospace, defense, nuclear technologies, radioisotope manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, advanced materials, specialty chemicals, energy systems, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated industrial environments is highly desirable. Experience supporting strategic acquisitions, integrating acquired businesses, commercializing emerging technologies, leading significant manufacturing expansion initiatives, and building scalable operational organizations is strongly preferred.
