- Regional Vice President

- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations to achieve financial, operational, and performance goals, including margin targets.
- Provide strategic leadership and make high-impact decisions while aligning with company vision and priorities.
- Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and project reviews across the region.
- Drive business development by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting sales strategy.
- Lead and develop teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective staffing and resource alignment to meet project and operational demands.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution across projects and services.
- Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and community engagement efforts.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading operations with full P&L responsibility for large-scale contracting businesses ($50M+ revenue).
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and operational performance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and lead within a matrixed organization.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to represent the company externally. \#danfth
