Attract, recruit and retain talent, cultivating engaged operators, leaders and support staff focused on operational efficient, high-quality care driving the consumer experience. Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategies that improve the overall performance metrics and financial performance. Utilize data-driven approaches to allocate resources and elevate operational performance, Clinical Medical Information (CMI), staffing needs and benchmark data. What You Will Need Education:
Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
