The Opportunity We're looking for a Branch Broker to lead and scale our Tulsa brokerage. This is a true ownership-style leadership role. You'll have the autonomy and responsibility to recruit producing agents, coach daily performance, and drive aggressive revenue growth while helping protect and elevate the Salt Real Estate brand in the Tulsa market. You'll work closely with the founder and leadership team to build a high-performing office rooted in accountability, professionalism, and trust. What You'll Do Recruiting is the priority. Consistently attract and onboard quality agents who align with our values and standards. Build, train, and lead a team of real estate professionals. Run daily leadership rhythms including morning huddles, call reviews, and pipeline accountability. Coach agents on scripts, conversations, confidence, and conversion. Improve and maintain sales systems, KPIs, workflows, and lead routing. Partner with the CEO and marketing team to ensure pipeline volume and quality. Set ambitious production goals and lead the team to hit them without compromising culture or integrity. Who You Are 3 to 6 years of proven recruiting and/or sales leadership experience. Experience leading people while driving operational and revenue growth. Highly confident on the phone and able to coach tone, clarity, and conviction. Comfortable building and scaling sales systems, or eager to take ownership of them. You lead from the front, value strong culture, and hold high standards. Local to Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate. This is an in-person role only. Bonus Experience in real estate, recruiting, or coaching environments is preferred, but not required.
