An emerging independent hospitality company is seeking an experienced restaurant operator to take a senior leadership role in an established and growing business. This is not a traditional General Manager position. We are looking for an
Operating Partner :
someone who wants meaningful responsibility, real financial accountability, and the opportunity to help build a growing hospitality company. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in a distinctive, multi-revenue-stream hospitality operation and work directly with ownership to improve operations, build a strong management team, and prepare the business for future growth. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced restaurant professional who is ready to move beyond simply managing shifts or executing someone else's playbook. The Opportunity The Operating Partner will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of a growing hospitality business. You will work closely with ownership and culinary leadership to lead the business, build systems, develop people, and create a scalable operating platform for future locations. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant autonomy and accountability.
Responsibilities include:
Leading day-to-day restaurant and hospitality operations Managing business performance and key P&L drivers Labor planning, scheduling, and productivity Food, beverage, and operating cost management Inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships Hiring, training, and retaining exceptional team members Developing managers and building leadership depth Coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations Maintaining exceptional guest experiences Supporting multiple revenue streams and hospitality offerings Building systems and operational disciplines that support future growth Working directly with ownership on profitability, strategy, and expansion Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strong restaurant or hospitality operator who understands both the people side and the business side of hospitality. You should be comfortable being accountable for results.
You may currently be:
A successful Restaurant General Manager looking for greater autonomy and upside An Assistant General Manager or Director of Operations ready for a broader leadership role A multi-unit or regional operator interested in returning to a more entrepreneurial environment A hospitality professional ready to leave a larger organization and help build something independently Required experience includes: Meaningful restaurant or hospitality P&L responsibility Labor planning and management Food and beverage cost control Inventory and purchasing Leading and developing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams Hiring, training, and developing managers Building systems and improving operational performance Experience in specialty beverage, events, or entertainment-oriented hospitality is welcome but not required. We are primarily looking for an experienced business operator and people leader . Compensation & Growth Opportunity The base salary for this position is $70,000
- 80,000 , with a meaningful profit-sharing opportunity tied directly to business performance .
