For more info about our company please visit: www.capitaldigestivecare.com This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management and strategic execution of the organization while ensuring operational consistency, financial performance, physician and patient satisfaction, and organizational growth. The Chief Operating Officer provides executive leadership across multiple operational divisions, administrative departments, and clinical support functions while developing and implementing scalable operational strategies that support long-term success. Provide executive oversight for organizational operations, administrative functions, and operational performance across all divisions and practice locations. Lead implementation of organizational strategic initiatives while ensuring operational alignment with long-term business objectives. Partner with executive leadership to oversee operational budgeting, financial performance, forecasting, and operational analytics. Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, patient experience, and staff engagement. Lead enterprise-wide projects, organizational transformations, and operational initiatives from planning through execution. Lead daily operational management of the organization across all departments and practice locations. Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to divisional and departmental leadership teams. Develop and implement scalable operational strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability. Drive accountability and operational consistency across all operational and administrative functions. Promote operational excellence, innovation, and a patient-centered culture throughout the organization.
