Compensation:

We are a fast-growing, performance-driven organization focused on operational excellence, accountability, and delivering consistent results. We are seeking a high-caliber Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead firm-wide operations and drive strategic growth. This executive role serves as the bridge between ownership vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment across all departments while building scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate is a strong operator and change agent with experience in professional services environments, capable of leading transformation, improving performance, and building a culture of accountability and excellence. As a key member of the executive team, you will partner closely with leadership across Finance, Legal, Operations, and HR to optimize performance, strengthen infrastructure, and support long-term growth. What You'll Do Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all departments Drive operational improvements, scalability, and performance across the firm Partner with ownership to translate vision into actionable strategies Implement and manage change initiatives to improve efficiency and results Collaborate with Finance and HR to align operational performance with financial outcomes and team development Establish and track KPIs to ensure accountability and consistent execution Improve cross-functional communication and eliminate operational silos Build and optimize processes, workflows, and internal systems Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance across all operations Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement What We're Looking For Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and results Experience leading operations in a professional services environment (law firm or similar preferred) Proven ability to manage change, scale operations, and improve performance Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operations to financial outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of emotional intelligence and ability to lead diverse teams Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Requirements Proven experience in operations leadership roles Ability to commute to Los Angeles, CA 90048 Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate closely with executive leadership and ownership Why Join Us?
