Our flagship Bingo Loco runs in 300+ cities and sells over 1 million tickets a year. We own and operate a growing portfolio of touring entertainment brands — including Electronic Orchestra and K-Pop Superstars — alongside a portfolio of club-format properties. We're building a format-led, brand-driven, operator-grade live entertainment company. The Role We're hiring a Head of Touring Division to own the strategy, growth, and P&L of our touring brand roster. You'll lead routing, venue strategy, agency and promoter relationships, production oversight, and team building across our owned IP and any new touring formats we develop. This is a builder's seat: the brands are working — we need the operator to scale them into a tightly-run, high-margin touring business across North America and beyond. What You'll Own Full divisional P&L — revenue, margin, and cost discipline across the touring roster. Annual routing, market sequencing, venue selection, and on-sale strategy. Direct relationships with arenas, theaters, performing arts centers, festivals, and co-promoters across the U.S. and internationally. Agency, management, and talent buyer negotiations. Production oversight in partnership with production leadership. New touring IP pipeline — formats, licenses, joint ventures, acquisitions. Team build-out across promoters, tour managers, marketing leads, and production. What We're Looking For 6+ years in touring at a major concert promoter, agency, or rights-holder. Hands-on experience leading tours generating $1M+ in gross ticket revenue. Fluency in settlement, ancillary revenue, rebates, and routing economics. Experience with branded, theatrical, IP-led, or franchised touring formats — not just artist tours. Deep venue and venue-network relationships across North America. Proven ability to build and lead a touring team. P&L ownership and commercial fluency — comfortable in spreadsheets, comfortable presenting to founders and investors. Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-moving environment. Nice to Have International touring relationships (UK/EU, APAC, LATAM, AU). Experience launching new touring IP from zero. Background in classical/symphonic, K-pop, electronic, immersive, or franchised entertainment touring.
