This is not a traditional hourly or salary cleaning position. This opportunity is designed for individuals interested in leadership, operations, team management, and long-term business growth within the commercial cleaning industry. Regional Operating Partners will assist with overseeing local operations, staffing, quality control, client communication, and territory growth while operating under the Flawless Cleaning Services brand and systems.
