We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Vice President of Operations who aligns with our company's core values. The Regional Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our long term care facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents, and leading our team to meet our business and operational goals. The ideal candidate must have operational experience in the long term care industry.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to the facilities and oversee all aspects of their operations, including clinical. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Oversee and manage the budget and financial performance of the facilities. Monitor and improve the quality of care and services provided to our residents, including clinical care, customer service, and overall resident satisfaction. Manage staffing and human resources functions, including recruitment, retention, training, and performance management. Foster a positive and collaborative culture among staff, residents, and families, based on our company's core values of Equity, Integrity, Transparency, and Servant Leadership. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including healthcare providers, payers, and referral sources. Represent the facilities in the local and regional healthcare community. Requirements:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Texas. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. Regional Operations Experience required. At least five years of experience in a leadership role in a skilled nursing facility. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing homes and long-term care. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and staffing. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and community partners. Ability to travel to multiple facilities throughout the State of Texas. Must live in
