$95.37hr•$101.37hr The Senior Regulatory Operations Manager will serve as a cross-functional operations leader supporting legal, engineering, supply, and operations teams. The role focuses on driving regulatory operations, improving compliance workflows, enabling automation and AI-driven solutions, and building scalable reporting and process frameworks to support business and regulatory needs.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, regulatory operations, consulting, or program management. Strong experience in compliance, regulatory, or large-scale operational program delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on SQL and Excel proficiency. Experience working in cross-functional environments involving legal, engineering, policy, and data teams. Strong experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational transformation. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

Experience managing regulatory or compliance operations at scale in complex environments. Experience identifying and implementing process automation and workflow improvements. Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards, reporting systems, and tracking tools. Experience supporting AI-enabled or technology-driven transformation initiatives. Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and legal teams on operational programs. Experience leading change management and process rollout initiatives. Experience supporting vendor performance, forecasting, and operational pipeline health analysis. Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a partner to Legal, Engineering, Supply, and Operations teams for daily operational needs. Own stakeholder management, project tracking, documentation, and operational governance. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate regulatory workflows. Leverage AI and technology solutions to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes. Partner with leaders to evaluate, test, and implement new tools and AI-enabled solutions. Analyze regulatory risks and operational challenges to identify strategic improvements. Build reporting systems, dashboards, and tool infrastructure to support compliance needs. Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Support frontline teams with process documentation and best practice development. Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making.

Should Have:

Experience with CRM or workflow tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or Airtable. Exposure to AI-enabled tools in regulatory, legal, or operational environments. Experience supporting frontline operations teams with tool adoption and rollout.
