JOB OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for operational, warehouse and fulfillment functions for the facility that serves multiple business units. This position is responsible for meeting customer expectations, advancing continuous improvement initiatives, training and development, and ensuring quality assurance & regulatory compliance. The position will help support and scale growth for the facility within Henry Schein.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the daily operations of the site, including talent development, safety, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution to achieve operational targets. Monitor, report, and manage key performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost management, inventory accuracy, production efficiency, and fulfillment performance. Lead and execute projects supporting the expansion of operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives at the site. Foster and promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies, as well as all applicable federal and state regulations and company guidelines. Serve as the primary site liaison with commercial teams and business partners to ensure alignment of operational capabilities with business needs. Support the execution of site strategy and ensure alignment with overall manufacturing goals to drive return. Contribute to the development and management of annual operating and capital expenditure Build and strengthen organizational capabilities and talent to support current and future business requirements. Develop and mentor staff by ensuring training, development programs, and regulatory compliance requirements are met. Recruit, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure high performance and efficient operational management. Ensure effective inventory control processes, including monitoring cycle count results and addressing discrepancies through corrective actions. Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives, and perform additional duties as requiredSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
10+ years of experience in Operations Management in Warehousing, Distribution or Manufacturing o functions Proven leadership and management skills in a high growth and dynamic environment Ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance Understand, interpret and act on operational and financial information that contribute to business success. Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics Experience with KPI reporting development and possess a continuous improvement mentality Proven ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic business environment Strong history of financial and customer service success Budgeting and forecasting experience required Proficient in MS office suite of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively Outstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skillsGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.PREFERRED EDUCATION
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
