This role is responsible for operational performance, safety, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, financial results, and leadership of regional and site teams. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on operations executive with experience leading complex, safety-sensitive, multi-state operations and large workforces in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-site airport O&M operations, including safety, service delivery, compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Provide executive oversight for systems and equipment such as BHS, GSE, PBB, and related airport infrastructure. Drive operational excellence, standardization, process improvement, and accountability across all assigned locations. Own P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, labor planning, and cost-control initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, airport authority standards, OSHA, FAA, TSA, and other applicable regulations. Serve as a key executive contact for airport authorities, airlines, customers, vendors, and internal leadership. Lead, coach, and develop regional and site leaders while promoting a safety-first, accountable, and professional culture. Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning, succession planning, employee relations, labor relations, and performance management. Support business growth, operational readiness, pricing, contract negotiations, and customer presentations. Use data, reporting tools, CMMS systems, dashboards, and continuous improvement practices to improve performance and efficiency. Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience. 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent. Experience leading complex, multi-site operations and large, geographically dispersed teams. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor modeling, and P&L accountability. Experience managing customer relationships, contract performance, safety expectations, and operational KPIs. Ability to obtain airport security clearance. Valid driver's license and ability to be insurable under the company's insurance policy. Ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications Airport Operations & Maintenance experience strongly preferred. Experience with BHS, GSE, PBB, or related airport systems preferred. Experience working in union environments and supporting collective bargaining agreements preferred. Experience with CMMS platforms, Power BI, operational dashboards, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools preferred.
