Your new role As Vice President of Operations, you will play a key leadership role in building the systems, processes, and operational framework needed to support a growing multifamily housing portfolio. This is an opportunity for a strategic operator who enjoys creating structure, driving efficiencies, and scaling organizations.

Key responsibilities include:
