With a strong growth pipeline and long-term expansion plans, the company is investing heavily in operational infrastructure to support its next phase of growth. Your new role As Vice President of Operations, you will play a key leadership role in building the systems, processes, and operational framework needed to support a growing multifamily housing portfolio. This is an opportunity for a strategic operator who enjoys creating structure, driving efficiencies, and scaling organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing operational processes, policies, and reporting standards across the portfolio Creating KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility and accountability Partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy, operational planning, and organizational development Overseeing property operations, compliance initiatives, vendor relationships, and portfolio performance What you'll need to succeed 6+ years of leadership experience within affordable housing or multifamily operations Proven success building or improving operational systems, processes, and infrastructure Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics Experience utilizing Yardi or similar property management platforms Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Overseeing property operations, compliance initiatives, vendor relationships, and portfolio performance What you'll get in return Base salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Medical, dental, and vision benefits Executive-level visibility and influence within the organization Opportunity to help shape the operational foundation of a growing housing platform Hybrid work schedule with regular collaboration across Los Angeles properties and leadership teams What you need to do now If you're interested in this opportunity, click 'apply now' to submit your resume or reach out directly to Daniela Giovannini for more information.
