- Charleston COO Pay Rate Type Salary Pay Grade Health-00 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Work Shift Job Description The ACOO leads UMC, ART and IOP efforts to sustain survey readiness, proactively identifying and resolving environment of care risks, life safety concerns, and operational deficiencies.
Physical Requirements :
1) (C) Continuous- 6-8 hours per shift; 2) (F) Frequent
- 2-6 hours per shift; 3) (I) Infrequent
- 0-2 hours per shift Ability to perform job functions while standing.
- Ability to maintain tactile sensory functions. (C)

Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and 10 years of progressive experience including 8 years in management/leadership roles.
