What You Will Do:

Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, vision and values of the organization. Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth. Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations. Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborates to establish control systems for accountability. Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.

What You Will Need:

Education:

Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences:

Masters Degree preferred Prior experience leading operational functions in a hospital setting Skilled at physician relationship building Proven ability and success growing clinical service lines Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale and drive business performance Experience managing infrastructure projects in hospital or healthcare settings #Le@der
