Executive Director Paychex - 3.5 Georgetown, TX Job Details $135,000 - $145,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Employee relationship building Stakeholder relationship building Senior leadership Full Job Description The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of a luxury community located in Georgetown, TX. This role requires a strong operator, people leader, and culture builder who can inspire teams, elevate service standards, and ensure outstanding resident satisfaction while achieving financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and community staff Oversee all aspects of daily operations across independent living, assisted living, and memory care Deliver exceptional resident experiences through elevated service standards and personalized care Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing senior living operations Implement and continuously improve policies, procedures, and best practices to drive operational excellence Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and expense control Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community stakeholders Represent the community with professionalism, warmth, and integrity Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of senior housing management experience required. Independent Living experience preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Sciences, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven success with stabilizing and maintaining high occupancy Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for senior living communities Proven leadership and team development capabilities Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on resident satisfaction Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to plan, delegate, and manage multiple departments effectively Experience with policy development and operational execution Financial acumen including budgeting and long-term planning Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
