CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Revolution of Achievement™ Full-Time • In-Person / On-Site The future of visionary leadership and outrageous business growth.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a typical executive assistant role — and it's not a typical COO role either. It's something more rare: a right-hand position to a high-performing entrepreneur who is growing fast, thinks big, and needs someone just as sharp alongside her. Christina Winters, founder of Revolution of Achievement, works with leaders, organizations, and financial advisors across the country. She speaks, coaches, consults, and builds — and she needs someone who can keep everything moving so she can stay focused on what she does best. If you are the kind of person who notices what's missing before anyone asks, who takes pride in making complex things run smoothly, and who finds real satisfaction in being the person a high-achiever can fully rely on — this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
At its core, this role is about one thing: making sure nothing important falls through the cracks. You'll be the operational center of gravity for Christina's business — connecting information, managing priorities, and ensuring the right things get done at the right time. Run the Day-to-Day Manage Christina's email, calendar, and communications — flagging what matters and handling what you can Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and community contacts Keep commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups from slipping through the cracks Draft correspondence, organize information, and prepare Christina to make fast, informed decisions Own Leads, Clients & Business Development Track leads and prospects in Smartsheet and CRM — knowing where every opportunity stands Schedule and coordinate potential-client meetings and follow up on outstanding conversations Track speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and consulting opportunities end to end Ensure Christina is fully prepared and equipped for every engagement Be the Operational Backbone Maintain Smartsheet as the central tracking system for tasks, projects, and relationships Connect information across email, calendar, CRM, and files so nothing lives in a silo Build and improve processes as the business evolves Coordinate vendors, property matters, and logistics for Christina's office and events Support Relationships & Community Help maintain Christina's relationships with clients, community partners, and key contacts Coordinate community outreach, birthday acknowledgments, and relationship touchpoints Research and prepare summaries so Christina can act quickly on new opportunities Handle What Comes Up Take on special projects, solve unusual problems, and manage situations that don't fit a standard process Plan and coordinate events, travel, and logistics with precision and care Act as a second layer of quality control — catch things before they become problems
WHO YOU ARE
You don't wait to be told what needs attention — you already see it. You're organized without being rigid, detail-oriented without losing the big picture, and calm when things get complicated. You exercise strong judgment and know how to handle sensitive matters with discretion You're a skilled communicator — clear in writing, confident on the phone, professional in every interaction You understand how to prioritize when everything feels urgent You're proactive, follow through without reminders, and take ownership of your work You're comfortable with technology — Smartsheet, CRM systems, email, calendars, and office tools You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly alike
THE ROLE IN ONE LINE
Prioritize it. Decide it. Manage it. Solve it. Follow it through. If it involves Christina's priorities, a client relationship, money, reputation, confidentiality, business development, judgment, or something going wrong — it stays with the
