We are currently searching for a Chief Operating Officer to be based in our corporate office in Lewisville, TX. The right person will be an integral part of our leadership team, overseeing our portfolio of 58 full, select, and economy branded hotels and 27 Penny's Diner free standing restaurants. We recognize efforts and reward results Great benefits package, medical, dental, vision, and 401K Job Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the company's portfolio of hotels and restaurants, ensuring alignment with company goals, brand standards, and ownership expectations. Directly manage and mentor company team leaders, Vice Presidents of Operation, Regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, and other leaders, fostering accountability, professional development, and high performance across all levels. Drive operational excellence by analyzing key performance metrics (Flowthrough, GOP, guest satisfaction, labor costs) and implementing initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison to hotel ownership groups, delivering clear, data-driven presentations and updates on performance, capital projects, and strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership stakeholders, demonstrating credibility, transparency, and a solutions-oriented approach. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in collaboration with finance teams and property leadership. Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and all regulatory requirements across the portfolio. Lead multi-property operational initiatives, including renovations, rebranding efforts, technology implementations, and process improvements. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple, competing demands across a diverse portfolio, demonstrating strong organizational and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
