POSITION
SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for oversight and maintenance of audit and training programs for all lines of business as it relates to claim cycle. Coordinates training activities required for compliance with applicable policies, procedures rules, regulations and standards. Works in partnership with Vice President and operations management to develop and sustain a consistently high performing business unit based on specific metrics and deliverables.
