$108,000 to $115,000 USD base salary, DOE + full benefits

Chief Operating Officer:
Lead operations for all asset & property management, construction, finance, and compliance, delivering strong outcomes for thousands of affordable housing units and projects Oversee and optimize business processes, financial forecasting, and project execution in complex, regulated environments Act as a strategic advisor for growth initiatives, board engagement, and community partnerships, ensuring operational sustainability and mission alignment Mentor and develop staff, promote succession planning, and drive continuous improvement across all functions Direct critical risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for a portfolio exceeding $100M in assets Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required ) of the
Chief Operating Officer:
7 to 10 years of senior leadership experience in real estate, affordable housing, or commercial lending/banking Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, project finance, and financial statement interpretation in complex asset environments Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, public administration, urban planning, nonprofit management) Preferred Experience of the
Chief Operating Officer:
Master's degree (MBA, MPA, MSW, Urban Planning, or related field). Experience in affordable housing, community development, real estate development, nonprofit management, or public sector operations. Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, HOME, CDBG, multifamily housing operations, development financing, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing federally, state, and locally funded programs.
